A Message From Pastor David
Dear friends and fellow believers,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
God is the source of our comfort and strength at all times. Times like this makes it even clearer how much we need to depend on God for everything and at all times.
I’m reminded of Habakkuk who was given a vision by God to prepare for hard times and God told him that during these hard times “the righteous will live by his faith.” (Habakkuk 2:4b) Jesus said “Man does not live by bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4) So during these times our faith in God has to be strong. God is our everything.
Remember to rejoice and praise God. Habakkuk praised God. Psalm 22: 3 says God inhabits the praises of his people. When we praise God we stand before God and God comes into our midst and we feel the presence of the Holy Spirit with us. When we face hard times and we choose to rejoice and praise God, we show our faith and love and dependence on God, and in an instant we are strengthened with new hope and courage sent from heaven.
Praying for God’s protection over all during this time.
